Barry HiltonEvening Moods I

Barry Hilton was born in 1941 in Manchester, he moved to Cornwall in 1979 where he gained the inspiration for his moody landscape paintings. Barry has always experimented with new subject matter depending on trends. From ships in harbours to Victorian gas light street scenes his work continues to develop. His recent subject matter of contemporary style landscapes has seen Barry become one of the UK’s most successful artists. His work is represented in galleries throughout the UK and Europe.

Here at Union Art we love Barry Hilton’s Signed Limited Edition Prints, and, we’re not the only ones! His collection of atmospheric landscape Limited Edition Prints are very nearly sold out worldwide. If you too love his artwork you will need to make an order as soon as possible to avoid missing out.  His collection is available while stocks last at Union Art- click here to make a purchase!

Using the most vibrant and boldest of colours and contrast Barry Hilton’s Signed Limited Edition Print Evening Moods I is a beautiful piece for this week’s ‘Artwork of the Week’ choice. Barry creates his paintings by building up each individual composition in layers resulting in an almost intense depth, when the light falls onto the layers it is scattered in many directions, showing Barry’s true artistic talent.  Evening Moods I is a canvas on board and is supplied slip mounted and framed which means it’s ready to be hung straight on the wall. The edition is just 95 worldwide.
