ITV This Morning - The Men Behind Wallace & Gromit

Nick Park joins Holly and Phil on ITV's This Morning.

Wallace and Gromit have been around for 23 years now! The national heroes first appeared in 1989 in A Grand Day Out, where they flew to the moon in Wallace's spaceship, looking for cheese.

It took creator Nick Park six years to complete the 22-minute film; he wrote, directed and painstakingly animated it himself.

Nick and his right-hand man, animator Merlin Crossingham - who co-directed feature-length film Curse of the Were-Rabbit and is now the creative director of Wallace & Gromit - both join us as fans of the duo get the chance to see the pair hit the road with their stage show Musical Marvels and at the world's first Wallace & Gromit ride at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
