Deborah Azzopardi - Lost Earring

Bright, bold and contemporary, we love the Open and Limited Edition Prints from Deborah Azzopardi. Normally painting in acrylic she claims that her sense of mischief and black humour inspires much of her subject matter.

Lost Earring depicts a young woman in her underwear and high heels looking for a ‘Lost Earring’. The style is contemporary and bold with the woman in red set against a striking solid blue background. Deborah has not only captured a moment in time, she also helped create it herself by selecting the bright and attractive garments. She has an eye for these things and every detail counts. Lost Earring is a Limited Edition Print of just 50.

Deborah Azzopardi has come from a background in commercial art in London, where her clients included household names such as Bovril, Bisto and Disney. She enjoyed the work but found it demanding and after a serious illness some years ago she decided to concentrate on painting subjects that really meant something to her.

Deborah’s mother was a fashion designer at Jaeger and she believes that this is where much of her creativity derives from.

Deborah Azzopardi work has been exhibited throughout the UK and her prints remain sought after editions for many art lovers around the globe.
